Having worked closely with Ryan Homes for the past year and a half on a brand refresh, a website redesign, quarterly campaigns, and engaging in the world of social media (amongst other marketing initiatives), HZDG recommended that Ryan Homes create a blog to continue conversations surrounding home buying.
The blog, Bedrooms to Backyards, targeted towards prospective homebuyers and current homeowners, would not only help Ryan Homes build and maintain their social presence and relationship with customers, but it would also help aid the company’s SEO and ORM (online reputation management) efforts.
Twice-a-week blog articles are posted with relevant content including savvy home buying advice, decorating tips, and financial steps to take in preparation to buying a home.
Since the blog’s official launch in May, HZDG has been working to continually optimize the blog for SEO and ORM purposes, improve the user experience, and develop fun, helpful content.
